It is the Bicentenary of the Regiment, 25th July 1955, and the parade took place on the Green Jackets Club Cricket Ground at St Cross, Winchester. The Parade consisted the 1st Battalion The King's Royal Rifle Corps and one Company and the Band, 2nd Battalion The King's Royal Rifle Corps.
